Use built-in Adobe Stock panel

Open the Adobe Stock panel:

• Select Import from Stock on the Get started page.
• Select the hamburger menu   > Import > Adobe Stock.
• Choose Select files > Adobe Stock or Add > Adobe Stock from the Your media or Timeline panel. 

In the search bar, type a keyword describing the asset that you need, then select Videos, Images, or Audio to define the asset type.

To further refine the asset search by technical specifications, select the Filters icon .

• Video
  • Exclude GenAI content: Toggle this option to exclude all AI-generated assets from results.
  • Only free content: Toggle this option to exclude all paid content.
  • Resolution: Select All or Available in 4K to filter by video quality.
  • Duration: Use the slider to set the minimum and maximum clip length.
  • Orientation: Choose Horizontal, Vertical, Panoramic, or Square to match your project format.
  • Frame Rate: Select a frame rate (such as 24, 30, or 60 fps) that matches your timeline properties.
• Image
  • Exclude GenAI content: Toggle this option to exclude AI-generated images.
  • Only free content: Toggle this option to exclude all paid content.
  • Subcategory: Choose Photos, Illustrations, or Vectors based on asset type.
  • People: Select All, Include people, or Exclude people depending on your needs.
  • Orientation: Choose Horizontal, Vertical, Panoramic, or Square.
  • Local artists only: Select All or Local artists only to refine results by contributor location.
  • Background: Select Transparent or Isolated assets for easier compositing.
  • Color: Choose a dominant color to match your visual style.
• Audio
  • Exclude GenAI content: Toggle this option to exclude AI-generated audio.
  • Type: Select All, Music, or Sound effects.
  • Duration: Use the slider to define the length of the audio track.
  • Tempo: Adjust the BPM range to match the pacing of your edit.
  • Style: Select moods or genres to refine results based on tone and category.

Select Search to apply your filters and browse through the search results and find your desired asset.
Search results appear below the search bar with preview thumbnails. Hover over any result to see additional details or preview the asset.

Browse through and locate the asset you want to use from the search results or collections, and select the appropriate action depending on your Stock plan.

• Users with Stock plans: Select the download icon for licensed assets, and the Download button for unlicensed assets.
• Users without Stock plans: Select the Download button for free assets and the crown icon for paid assets.

If you want to download a paid asset on a free plan, select the Download button to sign up for a Stock plan directly.

The downloaded assets will be added to the timeline or the Your media panel, depending on how and where you opened the Stock panel from:

• Get started page: A new project opens, and the assets are added directly to your timeline.
• Timeline: The assets will be added directly to your timeline and the Your media panel.
• Your media panel: The assets will download to the Your media panel and can be added to the timeline later.
• Hamburger menu: The assets will be added directly to your timeline and the Your media panel.
