Open the Adobe Stock panel:
- Select Import from Stock on the Get started page.
- Select the hamburger menu > Import > Adobe Stock.
- Choose Select files > Adobe Stock or Add > Adobe Stock from the Your media or Timeline panel.

The Adobe Stock panel in Firefly video editor streamlines your workflow by providing direct access to millions of stock assets without having to leave your editing environment.
You can use the Adobe Stock panel to access videos, images, or audio tracks for your projects. The panel provides filters to refine searches by technical specifications like resolution, duration, and format. Downloaded assets automatically appear in the Your media panel, or on the timeline, depending on how and where you’ve opened the Stock panel from.
Open the Adobe Stock panel:
In the search bar, type a keyword describing the asset that you need, then select Videos, Images, or Audio to define the asset type.
To further refine the asset search by technical specifications, select the Filters icon .
Select Search to apply your filters and browse through the search results and find your desired asset.
Search results appear below the search bar with preview thumbnails. Hover over any result to see additional details or preview the asset.
Browse through and locate the asset you want to use from the search results or collections, and select the appropriate action depending on your Stock plan.
If you want to download a paid asset on a free plan, select the Download button to sign up for a Stock plan directly.
The downloaded assets will be added to the timeline or the Your media panel, depending on how and where you opened the Stock panel from:
You can also browse curated collections within the Stock panel to discover assets without searching. Select any collection or category to browse its contents, then apply filters to narrow results.
