Which plans are eligible for unlimited generations on select models for up to a year?

Individual plans for Firefly Pro, Firefly Pro Plus, Firefly Premium, 4,000 Credits, 7,000 Credits, 10,000 Credits, and 50,000 Credits.  All Teams and Enterprise plans are excluded from the special offer.

What happens to my unlimited generations after a year?

After your first year, all users will return to consuming credits. Credits will vary based on model and resolution, and you can always check your remaining credit balance in your account picker.

What defines a year?

The promotional year begins on the date you start your eligible plan and runs for 12 consecutive months from that date. For example, if you subscribe on May 21, 2026, you can enjoy your promotional benefits through May 20, 2027.

Where can I access my unlimited generations special offer?

The offer is available exclusively on firefly.adobe.com and on the Firefly mobile app. It does not apply to other Adobe products or desktop applications.

Could the models included change during the offer?

The list of models and resolutions covered by the unlimited generation promotion is subject to change. We're constantly working to bring you the best mix of models, so we may add new ones or retire others based on availability, performance, or other factors. If a partner model is no longer offered through Firefly, it will also no longer be included in the promotion.

Could the way "unlimited" works change during the offer?

Yes. As we continue to improve the Firefly experience, we may introduce new product functionality, usage management features, or service safeguards (such as adjusted processing speeds or queueing during periods of high demand) that affect how unlimited generations operate. These measures help us maintain a high-quality experience for all customers. Adobe reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any aspect of the promotion at any time.

Are all models and resolutions included in unlimited?

No. Unlimited generations apply to select models and resolutions that vary by plan. Please refer to the plan-by-plan breakdown below for the full list of included models and resolutions.

Can I upgrade my current plan to access more unlimited models?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time during your first year term to unlock additional models included in your special offer. Upgrading does not extend the promotional end date. For example, upgrading to Firefly Pro Plus unlocks Nano Banana 2 (1K/2K) and Kling 2.5 Turbo. Upgrading to Firefly Premium unlocks Veo 3.1 Fast and Nano Banana Pro in 4K resolution. 

Unlimited generations (Non-promotional)

All Firefly and Creative Credit plans include unlimited generations of standard features as part of your plan. These features are always available both during and after any active promotion.

Standard features with unlimited generations include:

• Firefly Image 3
• Generative Fill
• Generative Erase
• Generative Expand
• Remove Background
• Upscale

No additional credits are required to use these features, and your access to unlimited generations will not change when a promotional period ends.
