Get answers to common questions about Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams license management.
Why can't I access Creative Cloud apps?
By default, administrators don't have access to Creative Cloud. If an administrator needs access, you must assign them a product license.
Why hasn't my user received access after assignment?
Go to the Users page in the Admin Console and confirm that you assigned the license to the correct user. If the email address is wrong, remove and reassign the license. If the user isn't listed, add the users with the correct details. If the user is inactive, restore the user from the Directory users list.
What happens to a removed user's files?
When you remove a user, you're prompted to transfer their files to another user, keep them for later transfer, or delete them permanently. For more information, see Reclaim assets from a user.
Can I still get a removed user's files later if I didn't transfer them right away?
Yes. If you choose to transfer content later, the files stay available in Storage > Individual user folders > Inactive users until you reclaim them or your content retention policy removes them.
What happens to storage assets when I remove users in bulk via CSV?
If you don't specify a transfer option in the CSV file, the default is Transfer content later. Assets aren't deleted; they wait in Inactive Users until you reclaim them.
