Accessing the VIP Reseller Console

The VIP Reseller Console is a web-based portal where Adobe or an Adobe Authorized Reseller (Account manager) invite customers to join the Value Incentive Plan (VIP). They can also manage their customers' accounts, including adding licenses, and viewing customer information.

  1. The Reseller administrator receives an email invitation to join the Value Incentive Plan. Follow the process outlined in the email and accept the invitation.

  2. Once the invitation has been accepted, sign into the Reseller Console using your Adobe ID. If you do not have one, create a new Adobe ID using your email address.

  3. Once signed in, you can begin inviting your customers to the VIP program.
