Manage Lightroom for Samsung subscriptions

Learn how to upgrade, cancel, or request refunds for Adobe Lightroom subscriptions purchased through the Samsung Galaxy Store.

Upgrade to a paid subscription

Select Menu > Premium Features.

Select Try now or Try Premium, and then select Subscribe and start free trial.

Note

The subscription automatically renews monthly or yearly. You can cancel the subscription at any time in the Galaxy Store.

In the Samsung Checkout panel, select a payment mode, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Open the Galaxy Store app on your device.

Select Menu > My Page > Receipts > Items.

Select Lightroom for Samsung from your list of purchases.

Select Unsubscribe.

Follow the on-screen instructions, and then select Unsubscribe to confirm the cancellation.

Tip

If you no longer have access to a Samsung device, contact Samsung customer support to cancel your Lightroom subscription.

Refund eligibility depends on when you request it:

Within 48 hours of purchase: Review the Samsung Frequently Asked Questions for refund policies and procedures.
After 48 hours: Contact Adobe Support to request a refund.
