Open a photo containing people in Detail view.
Select Actions > Retouch.
If multiple people appear in the photo, do one of the following:
- Select All to apply edits to every individual.
- Scroll and select the person you want to apply retouch to from the thumbnail list.
Select Skin and wait for Lightroom to apply AI-assisted blemish removal adjustments.
Fine-tune the result as needed.
Toggle Blemish removal off if you don’t want blemishes removed.
To refine the adjustments further, adjust the Smooth slider.
Select Touch-up tools, Remove or Restore .
In the Refine blemish removal panel, adjust the brush size as needed, and do one of the following:
- Select Remove to manually fix blemishes missed during the AI-assisted adjustment.
- Select Restore and brush over areas you want to revert to the original image.
- Select Reset to reset adjustments for a single person or for all people.
Select Done.
You can select Reset to undo adjustments for the selected person or for all people. When you make adjustments in Retouch, Lightroom creates masks that you can further refine in the Masking panel. Changes made in Masking will override Retouch settings.
