Summary Unable to update the app even when the Update button is visible.
- If you are blocked with the update dialog and the Update button isn't opening the Google Play or Galaxy store, open the relevant store and install the available update directly.
- If you can see the update dialog and no update available in the Google Play or Galaxy store, first try to force stop the application by going into the application list in the Android settings panel. If the error still persists, contact Adobe.
