Open the Lightroom app and select the Settings icon.
Verify the email address displayed under your account name.
If this isn’t the Adobe ID you use for Creative Cloud, sign out and sign back in with the correct Adobe ID.
Visit Lightroom on the web to confirm your photos and presets have synced to the cloud.
Wait a few moments for the app to sync and display your content.
If you're logged in with the correct Adobe ID but content is still missing, the photos and presets may not have synced before uninstalling:

Your Creative Cloud membership has expired or isn’t active, preventing sync from working properly.
Open the Lightroom app and select the Settings icon.
Check your subscription status displayed under your account name.
Visit your Adobe account to verify the status of your Creative Cloud membership.
If your subscription has expired, renew it to regain access to synced content.
Once your subscription is active, reopen Lightroom on mobile and allow time for sync to complete.
