Tạo tài liệu đám mây mới

Bạn có thể tạo tài liệu đám mây mới trong Adobe Fresco, Adobe Aero, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator và Adobe InDesign.

Adobe XD | Adobe Fresco | Adobe Aero

Tài liệu đám mây là định dạng tệp gốc cho Adobe XD, Adobe Fresco và Adobe Aero – tất cả tệp trong những ứng dụng này được lưu làm tài liệu đám mây. 

Lưu ý:

Trong Adobe XD, bạn cũng có thể lưu tài liệu làm tài liệu cục bộ. (Để không lưu làm tài liệu đám mây, hãy chọn Tệp > Lưu làm tài liệu cục bộ.)

Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign

Chuyển đổi tệp hiện có thành tài liệu đám mây

Bạn có thể dễ dàng lưu tệp Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign hoặc Adobe Illustrator hiện có làm tài liệu đám mây từ ứng dụng Creative Cloud tương ứng. Bạn cũng có thể chuyển đổi một hoặc nhiều tệp Photoshop, Illustrator hoặc XD thành tài liệu đám mây từ ứng dụng Creative Cloud cho máy tính để bàn.

Chuyển đổi tệp Photoshop, Illustrator, XD hoặc InDesign thành tài liệu đám mây

  1. Mở tệp trong ứng dụng Creative Cloud. 

  2. Chọn Tệp > Lưu làm.

  3. Lưu tài liệu làm tài liệu đám mây. Hộp thoại xuất hiện sẽ tùy thuộc vào ứng dụng và cách bạn lưu tài liệu trước đó.

    Lưu ý:

    Trong Photoshop, Illustrator và InDesign, nếu đã chọn Không hiển thị lại trước đó, bạn sẽ thấy một hộp thoại khác. 

    Tài liệu của bạn không ghi đè lên tệp hiện có. Tài liệu được lưu làm tài liệu đám mây và có đuôi tệp mới.

Chuyển đổi nhiều tệp thành tài liệu đám mây

Bạn có thể chuyển đổi nhiều tệp Photoshop, Illustrator, XD hoặc InDesign thành tài liệu đám mây từ ứng dụng Creative Cloud cho máy tính để bàn.

  1. Mở ứng dụng Creative Cloud cho máy tính để bàn.

  2. Trong tab Tệp, chọn  Thêm >  Tải lên. 

    Menu mở rộng hiển thị các tùy chọn để tạo thư mục, tải tệp lên và khởi chạy một trong các ứng dụng Creative Cloud của bạn.
    Bạn cũng có thể tạo thư mục mới hoặc khởi chạy một trong các ứng dụng Creative Cloud có sẵn.

    Mẹo:

    Bạn cũng có thể kéo và thả tệp để chuyển đổi chúng thành tài liệu đám mây.

  3. Chọn tệp Photoshop, Illustrator, XD hoặc InDesign cần chuyển đổi thành tài liệu đám mây, sau đó chọn Mở.

    Cửa sổ để chọn và tải tệp từ thiết bị lên dịch vụ lưu trữ Creative Cloud.
    Khi bạn chọn Mở, một menu sẽ bật lên.

  4. Chọn Tiếp tục để chuyển đổi tệp thành tài liệu đám mây.

    Cửa sổ Chuyển đổi tệp thành tài liệu đám mây yêu cầu xác nhận để chuyển đổi tệp và tải tệp lên Creative Cloud.
    Bạn cũng có thể chọn Không hiển thị lại để không nhận được lời nhắc này khi chuyển đổi tệp thành tài liệu đám mây vào lần sau.

Lưu ý:

Bạn có thể chọn biểu tượng Hoạt động trên đám mây cloud_activity_icon.pngở phía trên bên phải để kiểm tra tiến trình chuyển đổi.

Sau khi chuyển đổi, bạn có thể xem và chỉnh sửa tài liệu đám mây đã chuyển đổi từ ứng dụng Creative Cloud cho máy tính để bàn cũng như trong Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD và Adobe InDesign.

Tab Tệp của bạn trong ứng dụng Creative Cloud hiển thị tệp được tải lên Creative Cloud.
Tệp được tải lên Creative Cloud thành công. Bây giờ, bạn có thể mở và chia sẻ tệp của mình với người khác.
