Redemption codes for migrating students | FAQ
Applies to enterprise.
As a graduating student who migrated school assets to your personal account, you're eligible for four months of free Creative Cloud access using redemption code. Here are answers to common questions that you might have around the new offer.
This offer is available to institutions that provide Named User Access to students. To be eligible, students should have current access to Creative Cloud as part of their school’s agreement with Adobe.
Students who have already completed asset migration will not be able to access the portal again. They will not be able to receive an automated redemption code. These students should contact Adobe Customer Care for manual deployment of a redemption code.
No credit card is required at the point redemption. Select Remind me later to skip the credit card requirement, and avoid setting up automatic renewal. If you choose to enter credit card information, your account will renew automatically, and payment will be processed monthly or annually. To learn more about automatic renewal and how to cancel a reoccurring membership, see Turn off auto renewal.
Students will automatically receive a redemption code if they complete Student Asset Migration before August 15, 2020. Four months of complimentary access begin at time of redemption. If not redeemed, redemption codes expire six months after they are issued. Replacement codes will not be provided for expire codes.
If the existing subscription on the account is for Creative Cloud, the complimentary four-month Creative Cloud subscription will be clubbed with the existing subscription, extending the term by four months.
If the existing account has any other subscription, such as Creative Cloud Photography, the complimentary four-month Creative Cloud subscription runs parallel to it. The user can access Creative Cloud for four months.
If the user is billed through a monthly payment plan, the complimentary four-month period is added to the existing term, with the next billing month pushed out by four months. If a user has paid up front for the annual term, the complimentary four-month period will be added to the existing term, which provides the user with an extra four months on the subscription.
