You can sign up for the free trial irrespective of whether you do or don't have an Adobe account. a Creative Cloud free membership, a paid individual subscription, or a paid single app for teams subscription.

Note

You aren’t eligible if you've already started a Creative Cloud for teams free trial or have an existing VIP or enterprise subscription.

Sign up for a free trial

To sign up:

Go to Adobe.comFree Trial. 

Choose the preferred Business plan and then select Continue.

The screen displays the free trial version of adobe apps for Business.
You can cancel before free trial ends or up to 14 days after your paid subscription begins for a full refund.

Enter your email address, then select Continue.

  • If you are a new customer, you will use your email address to create an account.
  • If you already have an account, you will be asked to sign in.

Enter your business info (business name and phone number) and select a payment method.

Enter your payment information and select Agree and Subscribe to confirm purchase.

If you are a new customer, select Create password.

Then select Complete Account to finish creating your account.

Add users to your licenses

The free trial includes up to ten licenses, including one for the admin. 

Note

There is no minimum quantity of licenses required to get the benefits of a business plan.

You can invite up to nine other team members anytime during the free trial through the Admin Console.

Go to Admin Console > Products.

Under Search by product name or contract name search for Creative Cloud for teams free trial.

Select the Users tab and then select Add users.

Add the email addresses of the users you want to add.

Select Product to assign and then select Next.

Assign applicable roles (optional) and then select Apply.

Add details and Save on the Add users to this product dialog box.

To remove the user access, on the Users tab, select the checkbox against the user you want to remove from the list and select Remove users.

On the Remove users confirmation dialog box, select Remove users.

Your team members will receive a welcome email from Adobe with a link to get started. The 14-day free trial starts when you sign up. Once users sign in, they have access to the Creative Cloud apps for the remaining days left in the free trial.

Get started

Once licenses are assigned, administrators and users can install Creative Cloud applications:

  • Administrators: As the account administrator, you're automatically assigned a trial license. Select Download Apps in the welcome email received from Adobe to start installing the Creative Cloud apps.
  • Users: The team members you invite to join the free trial receive a similar welcome email. Select Download Apps in the welcome email. New users are prompted to create an account, while existing users sign in with their Adobe ID. After signing in, users can install the Creative Cloud apps.

Reduce or cancel Licenses

Reduce or cancel your licenses before your free trial ends to avoid being charged. If you don't cancel, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial, and you'll be charged for the selected plan using the payment method you provided at sign-up. Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Creative Cloud for teams cost after the free trial?

Your free trial will convert to a paid subscription of the plan that you selected at sign-up and at the price shown when you signed up for the free trial. You can cancel up to 14 days after your paid subscription begins for a full refund.

If the selected plan doesn't meet your business needs, contact Adobe Customer Care to change to a different plan, for example, a single app plan for Photoshop, and you'll only be charged for that plan. Plan and pricing details can be found here.

If users in my organization already have individual subscriptions, can they be migrated to Creative Cloud for teams after the free trial ends?

Yes, users with individual subscriptions can migrate to Creative Cloud for teams without penalty. To do so, contact Customer Care for support and provide:

  • Adobe ID for the primary admin of the teams account
  • Phone number for the primary admin
  • Adobe IDs for the individual accounts you want to switch to the teams account

Why are free trials only available for certain Creative Cloud for teams apps?
