Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change your password for enhanced security.
Reset your password if you don’t remember the old password
Select Reset your password.
Enter your email address and select Continue.
In the Verify your identity window, enter the code sent to your email address.
Note
If you have added a phone number and enabled two-step verification, you'll receive a code on your phone number as well to verify your identity.
In the Update your password window, enter your new password twice to confirm, then select Update Password.
You've successfully reset your Adobe password.
Change your password if you remember the old password
Sign in to your Adobe account.
In the Sign-in and security page, go to the Password section and select Change.
In the Verify your identity window, enter your current password and select Continue.
In the Update your password window, enter your new password in both fields, and then select Update Password.
You've successfully changed your Adobe password.
