Check your spam, junk, or bulk email folders for messages from Adobe.
Troubleshoot Adobe email delivery problems by checking spam folders, updating email settings, and confirming account details.
Adobe sends important emails about your account, including password resets, purchase confirmations, and renewal notices. If these messages aren't reaching your inbox, your email system may be blocking them, or filtering them as spam, or the address on your Adobe account may be incorrect.
Email server filters Adobe emails into spam or junk folders
Your email server may be filtering Adobe messages into spam or junk folders. When you mark an Adobe email as spam, your email server automatically directs all future Adobe emails to the spam folder.
To resolve the issue:
Search your email for messages from Adobe email domains:

Email security settings block Adobe emails
Adobe's email system may not work with certain anti-spam software, such as those that use auto-response or challenge methods to block unwanted emails.
To resolve the issue:
Temporarily disable any anti-spam software that uses challenge-response methods.
Adjust your email security settings to Medium or Medium-High instead of High. For instructions, refer to your email provider's official documentation.
Ask your email administrator to add Adobe's mail servers to your organization's allowlist:

Your email address is incorrect
If you've checked your spam folders and adjusted your security settings but still aren't receiving emails, you may have added a different email address to your Adobe account.
To resolve the issue:
Sign in to your Adobe account.
In the Account tab, go to the Account information and access section and confirm that your primary email or Adobe ID is the same as the email address you’re using.
If your email address isn’t the same as the primary email, change the email address to receive emails from Adobe.
