Sign in to your Adobe account.
Learn how to retry your payment if your Adobe product or service payment has failed. You can easily resolve the issue by updating your payment details to restore your subscription benefits.
Your Adobe subscription will be suspended if your current payment method (and any backup methods) isn't working. We'll continue to attempt to charge your payment methods for the remainder of your subscription term. Once we receive your payment, your subscription access will be restored. To avoid interruptions, update your payment information in your Adobe account.
Select Edit billing and payment.
In the Your payment method window, select one of the following:
- Add new: Add a new payment method.
- Edit: Update your existing payment details or reinitiate payment.
- Retry (if available): Reinitiate your payment with your existing card.
Enter your card details, and then select Save.
If you're using a corporate card, ensure that you use the cardholder's name and billing address. Verify the correct information by contacting the cardholder or your accounting department.
Upon successful payment, the billing error message will be removed from your account. To avoid payment issues and ensure smooth transactions:
- Ensure that your payment method has enough funds to complete your purchase.
- Keep your payment details up to date to prevent any issues due to expired or invalid information.
- Verify that your payment method is registered in the same country.
