The documents you upload to Acrobat Analyzer are securely stored in the Adobe Cloud storage infrastructure. 

Upon upload, documents are automatically processed by our document intelligence AI models in the background to extract values for standard and custom attributes, which can be viewed in the right-hand pane when the processing is completed.

Adobe doesn’t access or review the contents of your documents unless authorized by the customer for troubleshooting purposes.

We do not train our AI on any of the information contained in your documents.   

Adobe leverages AI to analyze documents automatically, identifying and extracting pertinent information to populate standard and user-defined attributes or respond to user-submitted prompts.

Adobe also collects data regarding your use of the application to improve our products and services, regardless of whether you have opted out of data collection. If you do not wish to have your usage tracked or content analyzed, you must discontinue your use of the service.

The use of Acrobat Analyzer is subject to the terms of the Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines as well as any release agreement available in the Adobe portal.
