Open a file in a collection to review its content and any available extracted attributes.
Open a file when you need to check whether processing has produced results for a particular file, or when you need to compare files one at a time.
Before you begin
- You have access to the collection that contains the file.
- If you need to review extracted results, confirm that the collection has finished processing.
Open a file for review

Locate the file using the File name or Document title.

Hover over the file row to display the available actions.

Select the Open action.

Review the file content and any available details for that file.
What happens after you open a file
- The file opens for review.
- Available details depend on processing status and enabled capabilities.
- If processing is incomplete, some results may not be available.
When to open a file for review
- You need to review the contents of a particular file in a collection.
- You need to confirm whether results are available for a particular file.
