Unable to find uploaded files
Last updated on

Try these solutions if you're unable to view the uploaded files in Creative Cloud.
Files were accidentally deleted
Sign in, if prompted.
In the left panel, select Files > Deleted .
Note
You can view all deleted files in the Deleted section and restore them if needed.
Font migration delay after plan change
After switching to a Teams plan, it may take up to 24 hours for your uploaded fonts to fully migrate and appear correctly in the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Wait for 24 hours after switching to the Teams plan to allow font migration to complete.
If the issue persists after 24 hours, relaunch the Creative Cloud desktop app using the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Windows: Ctrl + Alt + R
- macOS: Command + Option + R
Check the Uploaded fonts section again under Home > Fonts in the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Note
As an enterprise user, you cannot upload fonts to Creative Cloud. You can only use the Custom fonts managed by your administrator.
