If you have a school or company account and can’t find the Beta tab or see the message "You don't have access to manage apps," contact your admin.
A corrupted cache can prevent the Creative Cloud desktop app from displaying the Beta apps tab. Clear the cache to fix this issue.
Close the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Copy and paste the file path C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\configs.
Delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.
You need administrative privileges on your device to delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.
Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app again.
Close the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Press command + spacebar to open the Spotlight Search.
Copy and paste the file path /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/configs.
Delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.
You need administrative privileges on your device to delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.
Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app again.
The Beta tab may not be displayed if you don’t have the latest Creative Cloud desktop app version. To avoid similar issues, we recommend that you keep your app updated.
