When trying to open an asset in the Creative Cloud app or an asset in the Libraries panel, you may get one of the following errors:
- Due to a problem initializing CC Libraries, existing links to library graphics will appear broken.
- Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use by another application.
AdobeIPCBroker doesn't exist? If the file AdobeIPCBroker doesn't exist in the above location, go to the folder location mentioned in step 4. If you find your file there, copy it and then paste it to the IPC folder location in step 1. Then relaunch your application. Doing this fixes the error.
