Uninstall or remove apps while offline

Open the Start menu and select Settings.

Select Apps > Installed apps.

In the list of installed applications, locate the Creative Cloud app you want to remove.

Select the app, then select Uninstall.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the uninstallation process.

Open the Applications folder on your Mac.

Locate the folder for the Creative Cloud app you want to uninstall.

Look for a shortcut named Uninstall or [App Name] Uninstaller within the app's folder.

Double-click the uninstaller.

Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the app.
