Adobe connector overview

Adobe connectors allow you to use Adobe tools and capabilities with supported AI assistants and collaboration platforms, such as ChatGPT and Claude. You can create, edit, and transform content by describing what you want to do in the conversation.

What are Adobe connectors?

Adobe connectors are integrations that connect supported AI assistants and collaboration platforms with Adobe tools and services. Adobe connectors are built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which provides a standard way for AI assistants to communicate with external tools. Depending on the connector, you can edit images, create designs, generate or modify documents, resize videos, search Creative Cloud assets, and perform other supported tasks by describing what you want to do.

By combining the conversational interfaces of AI platforms with Adobe's creative power, these connectors help you move from concept to a finished asset using natural language, rather than navigating multiple app menus and panels.

Available connectors

Adobe connectors are currently available for the following third-party platforms:

• Adobe for Claude: Integrates Adobe capabilities with Anthropic's Claude.
• Adobe for ChatGPT: Connects Adobe services to OpenAI's ChatGPT.

• Retouch photos and images in bulk: Adjust color, lighting, and tone; remove distractions, generate new elements, replace backgrounds, apply presets, blur, crop, resize, and expand images.  

• Design from a template: Start with a template, update text and colors, and create marketing assets, social graphics, and other design materials, then convert them into polished PDFs.

• Refine video for any platform: Resize videos for channels like YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels, or combine clips into a single sequence.

• Find your creative work: Find assets across your Creative Cloud library by describing what you’re looking for — by subject, style, mood, or content.
• Work with PDFs and documents: Create and convert polished PDFs and other documents directly from the conversation.
• Create data-driven documents: Turn raw data or content into formatted, shareable outputs such as badges, cards, catalogs, and other document-based assets.
