Learn what to do when the Creative Cloud desktop app opens in a different language on macOS.

Operating system language is not English

When you open the Creative Cloud desktop app, you may find the content in Portuguese or a language different from what you expect. You can resolve this issue by changing your region to the United States in your macOS system settings.

Close the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Press command + spacebar to open Spotlight Search.

In the Spotlight Search window, enter System Settings and press return.

In the System Settings window, select General in the sidebar and select Language & Region.

For Region, select the dropdown menu and then select Americas > United States.

In the change primary language prompt, select Change to English (US).

Restart your system.

Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app again.
