When updating the Creative Cloud desktop app, you may receive one of these error messages:

  • "Creative Cloud desktop failed to update. (Error code: 2) or (Error code: P2)"
  • "Creative Cloud desktop failed to update (Error code: 50) or (Error code: P50)"
