When attempting to use the Creative Cloud Libraries in supported desktop applications or in the Creative Cloud desktop app, the panel doesn't load and returns the following error:
Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries.


Try these solutions in the given sequence. Continue to the next solution only if a previous one doesn't work.

Navigate to the following folder.
- macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/
- Windows: C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
Note:
- macOS: The Library folder is hidden on the macOS. To reveal it, see Can't see user library files in Mac OS X 10.7 and later.
- Windows: The AppData folder is hidden on the Windows OS. To reveal it, see Show hidden files and folders in Windows 10 and earlier.
- macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/
