I deleted / inactivated a rule / tool but it’s still showing / firing on my site, why?
First, check if this change was approved and published in the Approvals and History tabs. If the change hasn't been approved and published, then the production library is still referencing the last published version.
If this change was approved and published, clear your cache and reload the site to ensure it's referencing the latest library file. You can check the last publish date of the referenced library file in your web console by typing in _satellite.buildDate and hitting enter. The console return shows the date and time that the referenced file was updated.
If the change still does not update after 30+ minutes contact Customer Care.
