Learn how to change your phone number or add a new one in your Adobe account.
Adding a phone number to your Adobe account allows you to:
- Use it for account recovery if you forget your password or lose access to your email address.
- Verify your identity with a text message if you’ve enabled two-step verification.
- Receive security alerts about sign-ins and account changes.
In the Account page, go to the Account information and access section and select Add or Change beside Mobile phone.
Note
If you've already added a phone number, select Change to update it with a new one.
In the Enter your mobile phone number window, use the dropdown menu to select your country.
Enter your mobile phone number and select Add.
Enter the code sent to your phone, and then select Confirm.
Select Turn on to allow mobile notifications.
You’ve successfully added or updated your phone number.
