Learn how to reset your Adobe account password by verifying your identity using your phone number.
If you’ve added a phone number to your Adobe account, you can use it to reset your password without opening your email inbox.
Enter your email address and select Continue.
In the Enter your password window, select Reset your password.
In the Update your password window, select Get your code another way.
In the Verify your identity window, select Text code to number ending in [last two digits of phone number].
In the Update your password window, enter the verification code sent to your phone number.
In the Update your password window, enter your new password twice, and select Update Password.
You can now use your new password to sign in to your Adobe account.
