Manage marketing communication preferences

Last updated on Jan 27, 2026

Learn how you can opt in or out of receiving marketing-related communications from Adobe.

You can opt out of Adobe marketing emails, phone calls, and mail while keeping your account active. Adobe sends marketing communications about events, app updates, news, service opportunities, and research findings. These messages are separate from account-related notifications, such as password resets and billing alerts.

You can customize how you receive marketing communications from Adobe separately from your account-related messages. Based on your preferences, you may receive marketing updates by email, phone, or mail.
