Deactivate the Adobe Account Access app

Learn how to deactivate the Adobe Account Access app.

If you no longer want to use the Adobe Account Access app for signing in, you can turn it off from your Adobe account. Once you deactivate the app, you can use your password or another sign-in method to sign in to your Adobe account.

Sign in to your Adobe account.

Go to the Two-step verification section and turn off the Sign in with Adobe Account Access app toggle.

The toggle button, located to the right of the Adobe Account Access app option under Two-step verification, allows you to deactivate the app for your future sign-ins.
You can reactivate and set up the Adobe Account Access app again in the future.

Select Deactivate in the confirmation dialog box.

You’ll get a success notification, indicating that you’ve turned off the Adobe Account Access app.
