Learn how to delete your Adobe account from the Data and privacy settings page.
When you delete your account, Adobe permanently removes your personal information and content from its server. You’ll lose access to Adobe apps and services, files stored in the cloud, your purchase history and invoices, and any account settings and preferences.
Before deleting your account, make sure you:
- Make a local copy or backup of the files stored in the cloud.
- Cancel any active Adobe subscription.
- Transfer the admin role if you’re an organization admin.
- Leave any organizations associated with your account.
- Delete your classroom if you’re using Adobe Express.
To delete your Adobe account:
In the Data and privacy settings window, navigate to the Delete Adobe account section and select Continue.
Select your reason for deleting your account, and then select Continue.
Read the terms and conditions carefully, and select the checkbox to accept them.
Select Confirm delete Adobe account.
You’ve successfully deleted your Adobe account.
You can reactivate your account within 27 days of deletion. After that, Adobe permanently deletes your data, and you can’t retrieve it.
