Last updated on Jan 27, 2026

If you no longer wish to use a social account to access your Adobe services, you can disconnect it while maintaining your Adobe account. Learn how to disconnect your social account.

Disconnecting your social account from Adobe doesn't delete your Adobe account or affect your subscriptions. However, you'll no longer be able to use the social account to sign in to your Adobe account.

Sign in to your Adobe account.

In the Sign-in and security page, navigate to the Social sign-in section.

Select Disconnect next to the social account that you want to disconnect from your Adobe account.

The Disconnect button, available at the right side of the screen under Social sign-in, allows you to disconnect your social media accounts from your Adobe account.
The disconnect button appears only for connected social accounts.

In the confirmation dialog box, select Disconnect.

The Disconnect button in the confirmation dialog box allows you to confirm that you want to disconnect your social media account from your Adobe account.
You can reconnect your social accounts anytime.

Note

If you have never created a password for your Adobe account, you may be prompted to do so.

Upon confirmation, you’ll get a success notification confirming the disconnection of your social account from Adobe.
