Update payment information for third-party Adobe subscriptions

Learn how to update your billing information if you purchased your plan through a third-party store.

Adobe plans purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store require you to manage payment through the original store. You need to use the same account that you used for your purchase.

Update payment information in the Google Play Store

Sign in to your Adobe account.

In the Plans page, select Go to Google Store.

The Go to Google Store button, available on the Plans page, allows you to go to the Google Store to manage your subscription.
The button appears only if you purchased a plan from Google Store.

On the Google Play page, update your payment information.

Update payment information in the Apple App Store

Sign in to your Adobe account.

In the Plans page, select Go to App Store.

The Go to Apple Store button, available on the Plans page, allows you to go to the Apple Store to manage your subscription.
The button appears only if you purchased a plan from Apple Store.

On the Apple Store page, update your payment information.
