You can remove a payment method from your Adobe account. If your payment method is linked to an active subscription, you can replace it with a new one.
Before you begin
Review these requirements to ensure you can update or remove your payment method without issues:
- If you purchased a plan from a third-party store, such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, visit the store's page to remove a payment method.
- You can't use delayed payment methods, such as SEPA Direct Debit, Bank Transfer, or Direct Debit (DD), as a backup payment method.
In the Payment methods page, find the payment method you want to remove, and select Manage > Remove.
In the Remove payment method window, select Remove.
You'll get a success notification confirming you've removed the payment method.
