Verify your education status to continue with the discounted Creative Cloud plan and avoid upgrading to the standard subscription price.
You can continue using your Creative Cloud apps with a student and teacher discount after verifying that you’re still a student or teacher. To do so, you'll need:
- Your Adobe account login credentials.
- Current proof of eligibility, such as school ID, transcript, and tuition bill.
- Access to the email address associated with your Adobe account.
Verify education status using email link
Select the verification link in the email to begin the process.
Sign in to your Adobe account if prompted.
On the SheerID verification page, select your role (student or educator).
Upload the required documentation to prove your current education status. For verification through SheerID, you can submit any of the following documents:
- For students
- School ID card with current date
- Report card (current academic period)
- Transcript
- Tuition bill or statement
- For educators
- Official school letter verifying employment
- Teacher ID card with current date
- Pay slip from within the last 90 days
Wait for verification confirmation (usually within minutes).
Once verified, your discount will automatically continue your next billing cycle.

Go to the academic verification page.
Sign in to your Adobe account if prompted.
On the SheerID verification page, select your role (student or educator).
