Cancel your Adobe trial or subscription

Learn how to cancel your Adobe trial or subscription through your Adobe account.

You can cancel your subscription directly from your Adobe account if you purchased it from Adobe. For subscriptions purchased through third-party providers such as AppleGoogle, or Microsoft, follow their specific cancellation process.

Sign in to your Adobe account.

Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.

You can also check all the apps and services included in your plan.

Select Cancel your plan.

Note

You can’t cancel your plan if we're processing your payment or if there is a problem with the payment. Wait for 24 hours and try again.

Check your plan details and then select Continue to cancel.

Select the reason for cancellation, and then select Continue.

Review the cancellation details and then select Confirm cancellation.

Check your email for a confirmation from Adobe or verify cancellation on your account page.

Cancellation fee and refunds

A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn more about refund eligibility when you cancel your plan.
