Set up a passkey

Passkeys let you sign in to your Adobe account without a password. Instead of typing a password, you can use your device PIN, fingerprint, or face ID. You can create multiple passkeys and use any of them to access your account.

To set up a passkey, follow the instructions for your operating system:

Sign in with a passkey

Once you set up a passkey, you can use it to sign in to your Adobe account. Follow these steps to use your passkey for signing in:

Enter your email address and select Continue.

Select Sign in with passkey.

The Sign in with a passkey button, available in the lower half area of the Enter your password window, allows you to use one of the saved passkeys for signing in to your Adobe account.
If you have added multiple passkeys, you can use any of them to sign in to your account.

Note

Alternatively, you can view a list of saved passkeys when you type your email address. Select the preferred passkey to sign in to your Adobe account.

Follow the onscreen instructions to verify your identity and sign in to your account.

The verification prompt, which appears after you select Sign in with a passkey, allows you to verify your identity using your biometrics or password.
Your instructions may vary based on how you created the passkey.

You’ve successfully signed in to your account using your passkey.

Tip

If passkey authentication fails, sign in to your Adobe account using your email and password, or try again after a short time.
