Learn how to view the Adobe support cases you've raised from your Adobe account, including past or closed cases.
Track and manage your Adobe Customer Care cases directly from your Adobe account. You can view your support history, respond to open cases, and upload additional files, all in one place. This applies for individual, team, and enterprise accounts.
In the Support history page, view the cases listed under Support cases.
If you want to view your closed cases, select Closed. You can also view all cases, including open and closed cases, by selecting All.
You can only view closed cases. You cannot modify or reopen a closed case.
