To renew your subscription, ensure that you have:
- The Latest payment information.
- Sufficient funds in your bank account.

Extend your Adobe subscription
You can extend your subscription with a prepaid card while it's active. The subscription period is added to your existing account when you use a prepaid card.
Select the appropriate link based on your product type:
- Creative Cloud Pro, Standard, and Single apps
- Firefly Pro
- Acrobat
- Subscription: Student or Teacher Edition
- Non-subscription: Individual
- Non-subscription: Education, purchased in North America
- Non-subscription Education, purchased outside of North America
- Elements 2025: Individual
- Elements 2025: Student or Teacher Edition
- Elements 2024 and earlier versions
Sign in using your Adobe ID and password.
Enter the required details and the code from your prepaid card.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the redemption process.
After completion, your subscription's expiration date updates immediately to reflect the added time.
