Use Adobe Account Access app to sign in to your Adobe account

Learn how to set up the Adobe Account Access app and sign in without using your password.

You can use the Adobe Account Access app to sign in to your Adobe account with a single tap instead of a password. Before you use the Adobe Account Access app, you'll need:

  • Your Adobe account credentials.
  • A phone with iOS 11 or later, or Android 6 or later.

Set up the Adobe Account Access app

Download and install the Adobe Account Access app on your mobile device:

Open the Adobe Account Access app and select Continue with Adobe.

On the app's sign-in page, enter your Adobe account email address and select Continue.

The Continue button, available on the Sign in page on your phone, allows you to sign in after you’ve entered your email address.
Make sure you are signing in with the correct Adobe account credentials.

Enter your password and select Continue.

The Continue button, available in the Enter your password window of the Adobe Account Access app, allows you to sign in after you’ve entered your account password.
Turn on the Stay signed in option to keep your session active for an extended period.

If two-step verification is enabled, enter the code sent to your email or phone.

When you receive the confirmation window, select Close.

You can now use the Adobe Account Access app to sign in to your Adobe account.

Sign in with the Adobe Account Access app

Enter the email address associated with your Adobe account and select Continue.

The field to enter an email address, available on the right side of the sign-in page, allows you to type in your email address and sign in to your account.
The Adobe Account Access app doesn’t work if you’re signing in with a social account.

On your phone, tap the Adobe Account Access app notification and select Approve.

You’ve successfully signed in to your Adobe account using the Adobe Account Access app.
