Your device settings don’t allow notifications
Sometimes, you may not receive a notification on your mobile phone when signing in to your account using the Adobe Account Access app. In such cases, open the app manually and approve the sign-in or retrieve an authentication code.
If you didn’t get signed in, choose Select another way to sign in on the sign in page in your browser.
In the Verify your identity window, select Use an app to generate codes.
In the Adobe Account Access app, look for the 6-digit authentication code.
On the Adobe sign-in page, enter the authentication code in the required field to sign in to your account.
The code updates at regular intervals, so be sure to input it quickly. If the code refreshes while you're entering it, simply use the new code that appears.
