Can’t find an Adobe account with your email address

Learn how to fix the error message “We don’t have an account with that email address” when you try to sign in to your Adobe account.

Email address is incorrect

The error occurs when the email address you entered doesn’t match any existing account. This happens when you:

  • Entered a typo in your email address during account creation.
  • Created the account using a different email address.
  • Deleted your account more than 27 days ago.

Go to https://account.adobe.com and select Get help signing in.

Enter the email address or registered phone number that you may have previously used.

Select Continue. The feature will search for an account with matching email address or phone number and show the results.

Find your account from the search results, enter your password, and sign in to your account again.

If an account is found, you can sign in and continue using Adobe apps and services. If no account is found, you may need to create a new Adobe account using a different email address.
