Change your Adobe plan

Learn how to switch your Adobe plan to better suit your needs by adjusting your app access, storage, or billing commitments.

If you purchased an individual plan from Adobe or an online retailer, use your Adobe account page to make changes. For plans purchased through mobile app stores, manage your subscription directly in the app store where you purchased it.

Sign in to your Adobe account.

If you’re an organization admin, sign in to the Admin Console to change your plan.

Select Manage plan for the plan you want to change.

The Manage plan button, available for an active plan under the Plans section, allows you to change your Adobe plan.
Remember that changing your plan is irreversible.

Select Change your plan.

Review your plan details and requirements before switching to a different plan.

From the drop-down menu, search for a plan that suits your requirements.

Select a plan that includes the required apps and services.

Find the plan you want to switch to and then choose Select plan.

The Select plan button, available under the plan cards, allows you to select a new plan to switch to from your current plan.
You can also compare your current plan with the new plan by selecting the Compare checkbox.

If needed, change your billing commitment from the dropdown menu. The options may vary depending on your location and the selected plan.

You can also change your payment method by selecting Manage.

Review the plan details, then select Agree and subscribe to change your plan.

You’ll get a confirmation screen, and your new plan will start immediately.

What happens when you change your plan

When you change your plan:

  • Your current plan will be cancelled, and you may receive a refund, if applicable.
  • The new plan will take effect immediately, and you'll be charged for the plan.
  • Your monthly or annual billing date will change to the date you switched plans.
  • For annual plans, the renewal date will be one year from the date you switch. For example, if you change your plan on March 14, 2026, the new plan will renew on March 14, 2027.
