Sign in to your Adobe account.

Select Edit billing and payment.
In the Your payment method window, select your PayPal account from the drop-down menu and then select Edit to be redirected to the Paypal website.
Update your payment details on the PayPal website and save your changes.
Once you’ve saved the changes, you'll be automatically redirected back to your Adobe account.
Your updated PayPal payment information will automatically apply to your Adobe account. Your next payment will use the updated details.
