Manage phone notifications for Adobe transactions

Learn how to turn on or off phone (SMS) notifications about transactions on your Adobe account.

Adobe sends important account updates to the email address associated with your Adobe account. You can also receive these notifications as text messages on your mobile phone. This includes billing alerts, security notifications, and transaction confirmations.

Note

You can’t turn off email notifications. Phone notifications are optional and serve as a supplement to your email alerts.

Turn on SMS notifications

Sign in to your Adobe account.

In the Account communication preferences section, turn on the toggle for Phone (SMS).

The toggle button, located on the right side of the screen under Account communication preferences, allows you to turn phone notifications on or off.
You can’t turn off important communications to your email address.

Note

If you haven't added a phone number to your Adobe account, you'll be prompted to add one first.

In the confirmation window, select Turn on to start receiving text notifications.

Turn off SMS notifications

Sign in to your Adobe account.

In the Account communication preferences section, turn off the toggle for Phone (SMS).

The toggle button, located on the right side of the screen under Account communication preferences, allows you to turn phone notifications on or off.
After you toggle it off, you won’t receive text notifications on your phone.

After you disable the toggle, you won't receive Adobe text notifications on your phone. You'll continue receiving all notifications by email.
