Learn how to update your Adobe account profile information, including contact details and language preferences.

You can update your Adobe account profile information from the Account page, including contact details and language preferences. Updates you make apply across Adobe apps and services and help keep your account information current.

Sign in to your Adobe account.

On the Account page, add or update your account information:

  • Public profile: Add or change your profile picture, profile name, Adobe screen name, or company name. The Adobe screen name appears on your Adobe community profile.
  • Account information and access: Add or change your account name, primary email address, mobile phone number, or secondary email address.
  • Preferred languages: Select up to three languages from the dropdown menu. Your preferred language is used in your Adobe apps, services, and communications.
The Add or Change buttons, available on the right side of the screen in the Account pager, allows you to add or update your account information.
You may need to verify your primary email, secondary email, and phone number when you add or change them.

Some updates may require verification steps for security purposes.
