PDFlyer tools do not appear in the Quick Tools toolbar on closing and reopening Acrobat

When PDFlyer tools are added in the Quick Tools bar, the tools remain in the toolbar for that Acrobat session but disappear on closing and reopening the Acrobat. There are no issues with Acrobat tools.

Environment

• Acrobat 2017
• Windows 10
• PDFlyer version: 14.1.1.10

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in February release 17.011.30078. Download the update from Acrobat Release Notes.

Additional information

• If right pane is enabled in Acrobat, there are no issues with the Quick Tools bar and all tools appear as expected.
• If Open Documents as the new tabs in the same window preference is checked, there are no issues with the Quick Tools bar. In such a scenario, all the tools appear as expected.
• When the issue occurs and users go to Customize Quick Tools, all the tools appear in the toolbar. Moreover, if users remove one of tools and hit Save, the tools begin appearing but disappear when Acrobat is closed and relaunched.
