Overview

The Download Agreement action on the user Manage page can be improved to include a PDF copy of the audit report for the agreement (vs. requiring the audit report to be downloaded in a separate action).

  • Only one PDF is downloaded; the audit report is concatenated to the end of the agreement content.
  • All agreements are impacted by the setting. If you expect customers to contact you for copies of their agreements, consider if you want to have the audit report included in those documents.
  • Agreements that are still in progress attach the interim audit report in its current form.

The option to include the audit report can be configured at the account and group level.

Configuration options

To enable the option to include the audit report when downloading the agreement PDF, navigate to Account Settings > Global Settings > Attach current audit report to documents when downloaded from the Manage page.

This option can be configured at the account and/or group levels.
