Support and Troubleshooting
Overview
Agreements that collect field data from recipients can export that data in a .csv file format using an action on the Manage page.
Access to the field-level data is limited to the owner of the agreement and the owner of the template (regardless as to if they are the same user).
Downloading field-level data in this manner is a tactical solution.
More comprehensive reports can be generated on the Reports tab.
Agreement-level data export
All agreements that have collected data field content display the option to download the field data.
Some rules around that:
- The agreement must have some data field content added by a recipient. Signature and Signer Info fields do not count
- If there are no data fields, or none have been filled in yet, the download option is not visible
- All agreement statuses have the potential to expose the download option
- Shared agreements to the group or account-level admin (either individually or by user/group share) permit access to the download option
- Sharing access to a non-admin, or an admin that does not have authority over the agreement owner, will not display the download option
to downlaod the agreement field data:
-
-
Navigate to the Manage page
-
Select (single-click) the agreement
- The right rail opens to expose the actions
-
Click the Download Form Field Data action:
The output csv file contains one line record per recipient:
- Agreement data:
- Completed - The time/date stamp of when the agreement was completed
- AgreementID - The unique agreement identification number
- Recipient data:
- Email - The email address of the acting recipient
- Role - The recipient's role
- First - The first name (filled when known)
- Last - The last name (filled when known)
- Title - The title associated to the recipient (filled either via field value or active account)
- Company - The company value of the recipient (filled either via field value or active account)
- Email - The email address of the acting recipient
- Custom field data - All of the data fields that the agreement authors add to the document are listed in the section after the recipient data
