Project Sunrise | Share feedback

Project Sunrise is in active development, and we'd love to hear your ideas about how we can improve your experience.

To share your feedback on Project Sunrise:

  1. Use the question mark button at the top-right corner of the app, and select “Give feedback”.

  2. Depending on the feedback type, select “report bug” or “request new feature”.

    • Use Report bug if Sunrise is behaving in an unexpected way.
    • Use Request new feature if you have ideas on how Sunrise can be improved.

  3. When reporting a bug, you will be asked for more information including:

    • A summary of the issue
    • Details such as:
      • Steps to reproduce the issue.
      • Expected and actual behavior.
      • A link to the asset or project if the bug is only occurring in some places but not others.
    • Additional information that could help diagnose the issue.
    • Attach files that could help provide more information.
  4. For feature requests, you will be asked for:

    • A summary of what you expect from the new feature.
    • Details on the feature and expected behavior.

    You can also upload files such as screenshots, drawings, or videos to help illustrate your idea.

  5. Submit the feedback once you've filled out the relevant fields.

The Sunrise team will contact you via the email address associated with your Sunrise account. You will be contacted within 72 hours of filing a bug report, but it may take longer for us to contact you regarding feature requests.
