Project Sunrise is intended to be used by teams, and collaboration tools are built in. The Project comments panel helps facilitate communication.
Share projects
You can invite others to view and review a project with the Share button in the Project viewer. The Share button brings up a dialog that allows you to search for people in your organization.
You can also invite people outside your organization to review assets if they have an Adobe Creative Cloud account.
Once you’ve selected someone to invite, you’ll be able to add more users or add a message before sending the invite.
You can also add email groups in this dialog to share with multiple people within your org. Email groups must be set up as mail-enabled AAD (Azure Active Directory) groups.
As a less formal option, you can also send the URL from your browser while in the Project viewer to others in your organization.
Access the Comments panel
To open the Comments panel for a project:
- Open the project.
- On the right side of the Project viewer, use the speech bubble button to open the Comments panel.
The Comments panel for the Project viewer is simpler than the Asset viewer comments panel. All comments in the Project viewer appear in a single space, and are not separated based on shots or assets.
The Project viewer comments panel also doesn’t currently have support for pinning comments, or drawing on 2D renders.
